Porsche compra Volkswagen

Em momento de tensão no mercado das bolsas norte-americanas, a Porsche Automobil Holding SE anunciou ter chegado a uma participação acionária na Volkswagen de 35,14%. Com a nova aquisição de ações, que envolveu a compra de 14 milhões de títulos, feita ontem, dia 16 de setembro, a Porsche passou a ser a maior acionista e a nova controladora da Volkswagen.

Segundo Wendelin Wiedeking, CEO da Porsche, a intenção é obter mais de 50% da Volkswagen. Com a nova movimentação, a Porsche também apresentou uma proposta para a compra da Audi.

De acordo com normas do governo alemão, ao aumentar a sua posição no capital da VW, a Porsche tem de avançar com uma oferta pelas ações disponíveis da marca Audi. A proposta feita foi de €487 para cada título da empresa. Segundo a Porsche, a oferta foi apenas uma exigência legal, já que a marca considera a Audi como parte da Volkswagen e não abrirá mão de seu controle.

O anúncio de compra da VW valorizou os títulos da fabricante que ficou famosa por construir carros populares. No mercado os títulos da VW subiram 2,39%, chegando a custar € 212,16. Por outro lado, os papéis da Porsche caíram em 6,87%, custando atualmente € 79,47.
